Colgan Industries Pty Ltd was established in December of 1997 by Martin Colgan, building on his successful career in the construction industry with a specialisation in the heritage field. The company has since been running for the past 23 years now located in Greenwood, Perth WA with 20 full time employees. In 2005 his sons Nathan and Daniel Colgan became directors of Colgan Industries, expanding it into the successful company that can be seen today, since which there has been no major changes in ownership or company structure. In terms of company structure under one director, financial controller comes estimating, contract administration and office manager. Under the second company director/ registered builder comes construction manager who looks after the site supervisors. Trades that are completed in house are carpentry, apprentices, stonemason, bricklayer, plant operator and plasterer. As a long established and recognised builder in the Western Australian market, Colgan Industries has extensive experience in successfully delivering a broad range of projects – commercial, residential, heritage restoration, refurbishment, and maintenance. We are one of WA’s most awarded builders and are registered Builders for BMW Level 2 complex, having contracts with many groups around WA to look after their buildings including St Ives Group, Perth Eye Hospital, St Georges Cathedral and St Marys Cathedral.
